What we built
Fleet Finesse is a production SaaS platform for car rental and fleet operators. It centralizes reservations, vehicle availability, billing, late returns, and executive reporting in a single multi-tenant system.
Who it serves
Rental companies, fleet managers, and operations teams that need real-time visibility across pickups, returns, and revenue.
Business challenge
The client needed to replace fragmented spreadsheets and legacy tools with a cohesive product that could scale across locations, support finance and operator roles, and integrate billing workflows without downtime.
Why it mattered
Rental margins depend on utilization and speed of operations. A reliable platform directly impacts revenue capture, customer experience, and team productivity.
Problems we solved
Technical complexity, product goals, and delivery constraints addressed by senior engineers.
- Build a multi-role dashboard for finance, operations, and management views
- Ship reservation and fleet modules with accurate real-time state
- Integrate billing and late-fee logic with clear operational alerts
- Deliver a performant React frontend suitable for daily high-volume use
Complex operational state
Pickups, returns, on-rent, and pending states must stay consistent across dashboards and lists.
Multi-view UX
Finance, operator, and management personas require different KPIs without duplicating codebases.
Billing accuracy
Late returns, fees, and revenue charts must reflect trustworthy data for business decisions.
Scalable architecture
Foundation for growing fleets, more locations, and heavier transaction volume.
